We Pulled Back the Curtain on One Coach's DMs
We ran a full analysis on a hypnosis coach's DMs. The coach had a decent offer and a trained team. We analyzed every message in their inbox for the last 90 days, and what we found was brutal. They had two scripts asking basically the same question:
"How did hypnosis work out for you previously?"
80% reply rate.
"Just curious, what does your experience look like in terms of hypnosis?"
19.23% reply rate.
Four words different, but a 4x difference in results.

It Gets Even Worse
We found another pair of scripts from the same inbox:
"What would that make your goals financially for the end of this year?"
They used it 22 times with an 86.3% reply rate.
"Just curious, what inspired you to want the hypnosis training?"
They used it 148 times with a 45.9% reply rate.
Read that again… The script they used six times more often converted at half the rate, which means they were deliberately using their worst script on hundreds of leads, month after month, missing out on bookings.

The leads were most active in this inbox between 9pm and midnight (2,773 messages), 6pm to 9pm (2,461 messages), and midnight to 3am (2,395 messages).
The setters were most active between noon and 6pm (around 500 messages each block).

See the problem? The leads are active at night, the setters are active during the day, and it's like running a restaurant that's only open for breakfast in a city where everyone wants dinner.
