Quick Setup Tips
For lead magnets: Use "contains" matching. If someone types "can I get the pdf please?" you want that to trigger, not just the exact word "PDF."
For strict CTAs: Use "is exactly" matching. If your trigger word is "READY" and someone says "I'm not ready yet," you probably don't want to send them the sales link.
For natural timing: Add 2-5 second delays between messages. It mimics real typing speed and makes the whole exchange feel personal.
For high-volume posts: If you're running a viral reel with thousands of comments, Mochi queues and paces messages automatically to stay within Instagram's limits. No action required on your end.
